- In 1986, the former chairman also the company founder, Lu, Wen-Yuh, established JHEN HER FISHERY Co., Ltd. He built three squid jiggle vessels and exploited new fishing grounds in the Argentinian waters. These vessels were later reconstructed into Super frozen Longliner fishing vessels, mainly targeting Tuna for Sashimi market in Japan.
- In 1994, the current chairman Mr. Lu, Yu- Chu, made the decision to expand the Sashimi Tuna business.
- In 2004, Ocean Treasure Seafood Co., Ltd was established by Mr. Lu, Yu-Chu.
- In 2006, existing clients spread over 30 countries including: Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Belgium, Spain, South Africa, etc.
- In 2010, GRAND HARVEST SEAFOODS CO.,LTD was established. Super frozen cold storage and processing plant were constructed. In 2012, the company officially started operation, main businesses include process and store different kinds of fish and raw material for exporting purposes.
- In 2011, HIROICHI CO., LTD was established in Shimizu, Japan.
- In 2017, ICHIEI CO., LTD was established with partner, KYOKUICHI GROUP. 3,000 tons of super frozen cold storage were built.
- In 2020, SCHOONER SEAFOODS CO., LTD was established. By cooperating with Japanese partners, the company is dedicated to promote Japanese seafood, further import and sell the products to local Taiwanese markets.
- In 2022, B2C ecommerce brand OCEAN BEST CO., LTD was established to deliver best quality seafood directly to end consumers through the internet.
- By the end of 2022, a 10,000-ton super frozen cold storage and automatic storage will be built in Donggang, Taiwan, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
